Jarvis / Tooling · Design & engineering
My operations, as a heads-up display.
A personal AI operations HUD that pulls my live business signal and daily work into one cinematic command interface, so the state of everything I run is readable at a single glance instead of scattered across a dozen tools.

JarvisAI OPERATIONS HUD

The challenge
The problem to solve.
My signal was spread across tools and dashboards, so knowing where things stood meant opening ten of them. Jarvis had to pull the numbers and the work that matter into one glanceable, real-time surface.
My contribution
What I built and owned.
- Designed and built the HUD with a reactor-style command view and directive panels that surface the next actions, not just the data.
- Wired live data into real-time readouts and visualizations so the picture is always current without a manual refresh.
- Built multiple scenes so the same data reads at a glance or in depth, and sensitive figures can stay off screen when the display is shared.
- Tuned the motion and visuals to stay light enough to run continuously as an always-on display.
The outcome
What came of it.
Jarvis runs as a live operations HUD with real-time readouts, a command deck and animated visualizations across multiple scenes. The benefit is a single surface that tells me where everything stands the moment I look at it.
