How I shaped the workflow.
I customized a Fireflies-to-task workflow that extracts my action items, rewrites them as concise tasks and routes each to the appropriate venture in my local operating dashboard.
- Track the last processed meeting so a later run resumes cleanly.
- Deduplicate by meaning, rather than relying only on exact text.
- Keep the task destination separate from the growth-planning board.
