A person’s best explanations are often inside meeting recordings. A content tool needs a useful way to turn those conversations into source material.
My approach
How I shaped the workflow.
I built the Fireflies import experience inside SelfScale, connecting transcripts to the product’s voice and content workflow. I worked through the connection, validation and disconnect states as part of the feature.
- Make the integration state understandable before asking someone to import.
- Treat the transcript as a source, keeping it connected to the downstream content workflow.
- Design the unhappy paths alongside the successful connection.
