A site for a boutique recruiting firm serving Tech and Financial Services hiring. I built the marketing site: hero ("the right hire, made simple"), an "operators, not resume-pushers" positioning block, a four-step process (intake, market mapping, submissions, offer/close support), and dual paths for companies and candidates.
